(.):  This paper examines the problem of assessing the financial stability of grain producers under state regulation of the Russian grain market. Scenario modeling is used to determine the boundaries of financial stability for grain producers under conditions of uncertainty. The paper demonstrates that there are two control loops for the grain market. The first is aimed at reducing the impact of external market volatility and maintaining domestic grain prices at the level desired by the state. The second control loop is aimed at maintaining the profitability and financial stability of domestic grain producers and stimulating their development. To solve this problem, we propose using a two-level modeling system. The complex includes an aggregated wheat market model at the upper level, which allows for assessing the impact of government regulation (first-level control) on producer behavior and domestic wheat price formation. At the lower level, based on the results of the upper-level problem, the financial stability of grain producers is modeled and assessed, taking into account price dynamics for key production factors and critical combinations of external scenario conditions. This is achieved using a methodology for constructing production and financial models for companies based on the TEO-INVEST Argo software package, developed with the specifics of agricultural production in mind. The developed methodology and tools are illustrated using a numerical example of assessing the financial stability of a wheat producer.
