(.):  The sources of economic growth in a number of Russian Arctic regions of in the medium-term period of 20122023 have been identified based on regression modeling tools using three-factor production functions that link the dynamic series of the gross regional product value of the corresponding region with the dynamic series of its key production factors value capital, labor, and information. The conclusion is substantiated that the economy of the majority of northern regions is capital-intensive and labor-deficient, and domestic expenditure on scientific research and development plays the role of a dissipative factor slowing down economic growth. In the medium term, special attention must be paid to the development of the economic infrastructure of the northern regions, since, in the context of the deepening interregional division of labor, the reproductive contours of most of them are unviable without stable connections with other regions of the country. Information technologys introduction into the economic processes of the Northern and Arctic regions increases the capacity of its industrial markets and ensures closer participation of agents operating in these territories in the processes of knowledge and technology generation, as well as in the training of qualified personnel. Personnel is the most important and scarce resource in most northern regions, which limits economic growth opportunities and necessitates the relaxation of strict labor laws to attract qualified workers to the economic processes carrying out in these regions.
