(.):  Collaborative work constitutes a fundamental element of modern business processes, driving significant scientific and practical interest in optimizing the organization and management of workgroups. Despite decades of research in organizational theory and social sciences, experimental studies of collective behavior in real-world settings remain methodologically complex and resource-intensive. Agent-based modeling emerges as a promising alternative to traditional experimental methods, offering a cost-effective tool for investigating patterns of group behavior. Currently, there exists a considerable diversity of agent-based models for collaborative work, necessitating their systematization and structural analysis. The aim of this article is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing models, classify them, and identify methodological patterns. Special emphasis is placed on collaborative processes within digital communities groups interacting in digital environments using digital technologies and platforms. While this imposes certain constraints on the nature of possible interactions, it largely aligns with the operational scenarios of modern organizations. The proposed review establishes a conceptual foundation for developing new models that effectively examine various aspects of group dynamics, including factors influencing collaborative productivity. Specifically, the review identifies: 1) Key objectives addressed by agent-based models of collaborative work and the goals pursued in their development; 2) Core structural components of such models, established techniques for computationally modeling participant characteristics, and individual as well as collective behavioral patterns; 3) Common research methods for agent-based collaborative work models and the software tools employed. The findings hold value for both researchers studying collective behavior and practitioners engaged in optimizing organizational processes.
