** (.):** The algorithm is developed for optimal configuration and control of autonomous power systems. It takes into account random perturbations of external parameters and allows solving optimization problems with a personal computer in real-time. The idea of the algorithm is to forecast the power supply system operation as a response to external factors. The response is calculated by solving a goal function minimization problem for the increments with respect to the optimal solution on the first step of the algorithm, and for the increments with respect to the current solution on the following steps of the algorithm.
