(.): We review and compare the approaches and methodologies of business-process reengineering, and develop the method for telecom business-processes reengineering. The method is based on the technology of ontological engineering. The reference business-processes ontology is created in accordance with a structural framework named Enhanced Telecom Operations Map, and also existing business-processes ontology of the telecommunication company is designed.
