Semen Yuditskiy, Institute of Control Sciences of RAS, Moscow, Doctor of Science, professor (Moscow, Profsoyuznaya st., 65, tel. (499) 783-20-85).
Pavel Vladislavlev, Institute of Control Sciences of RAS, Moscow, Cand.Sc., (vladislavlev@rambler.ru).

Abstract: Dynamics of the processes realized at execution of roles by subjects of organizational systems (role processes) is investigated. Conditions of balance of the role processes, excluding possibility of creations of conflict situations, for example, because of coincidence in time of incompatible (inconsistent) events are formulated. The technique of the analysis of balance of role processes on the basis of "the weighed" networks of Petri is developed.

Keywords: organizational system, role processes, conflict situa-tion, the analysis and balancing of processes of execution of roles.

Nikolay A. Korgin, Institute of Control Sciences of RAS, Moscow, Cand.Sc., senior scientist (nkorgin@ipu.ru).

Abstract: Game-theoretic problem of active expertise over multi-dimensional compact and convex opinions spaces is studied. For arithmetic mean mechanism corresponding direct mechanism is constructed, which is tested for nonmanipulability. It is proven that there exists no strategy-proof direct mechanism equivalent to arithmetic mean mechanism. The problem is formulated to design the strategy-proof direct mechanism with result to be as close as possible to the result of arithmetic mean mechanism.

THE ANALYSIS OF INCONSISTENT SITUATIONS IN PROBLEMS OF PLANNING OF NATURE PROTECTION ACTIVITY

Zolotova Tatiana, Komsomolsk-na-Amure State Technical Univer-sity, Komsomolsk-na-Amure, Cand.Sc., assistant professor (tgold11@mail.ru).

Abstract: The question of distribution of some volume of means of the enterprise between nature protection objects with the purpose of improvement of quality of an environment of region is researched. The problem of necessary increase in volume of these means that parameters of quality of each nature protection object were not below maximum permissible is examined. At absence of necessary volume of means the approach based on concept of extremely intense distribution of means is offered. The decision of these problems for the enterprise is carried out together with the decision of a problem of the coordination of interests of regional management and the enterprise. Features of the decision of such problems for N the enterprises are specified.

OPTIMAL INCENTIVE OF MANAGERS WITH UNCERTAIN TYPES IN MULTI-TIER FIRM

Sergey Mishin, Institute of Control Sciences of RAS, Moscow, Cand.Sc. (smishin@newmail.ru).

Abstract: optimal incentive problem is solved for managers with uncertain types (skills, efficiency etc.) in multi-tier firm. We have found functions of managers salary and type depending on his or her position in multi-tier hierarchy. Particularly we have proven that higher position causes more qualified managers with more salary. For any managers cost and managers efficiency functions the optimal incentive function has been found. For defined class of functions most efficient (optimal) multi-tier hierarchy can be found by previously developed optimization methods.

Keywords: optimal, incentive, manager, multi-tier, firm, uncertain types.

MULTISTAGE TWO PERSONS GAMES WITH MAKING DECISIONS ON EACH STEP WITH AGGREGATED INFORMATION ON A CHOICE OF THE "CAUTIOUS" SECOND PLAYER

Vagif Aliev, Federal state educational establishment of the supreme vocational training Financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Cand.Sc., assistant professor (Aliev_VS@mail.ru).

Abstract: Multistage game of two persons with the fixed sequence of moves at the information on everyone to a course about usual to the moment of decision making of background of game and the aggregated information on a choice of the player 2 on it to a course. The player 1, having on each step this information, the first chooses the strategy on this step and informs its(her) to the second only on the next course. The player 2, receiving the information on a choice of the player 1, operates cautiously, i.e. a choice of strategy on this course aspires to increase of the payoff functions. The maximal guaranteed results and the appropriate optimum (epcilon-optimum) strategy of the first player on each step are found.
